Door Panel Backside

Hello can anyone who has removed there door panels be able to tell me how the fabric/material is held to the door panel? I can't find out how the material is held to the panel and don't want to tear into my panels without really knowing if possible.

I'm assuming you're referring to the part that is next to the handle? That's leather? I've taken my panels off however it was all one piece. I didn't see a way to separate the fabric, however I wasn't looking for one either lol.
