Does the S197 and S550 share bolt patterns/wheel offset?

I'm wheel shopping, and almost every UK supplier I stumble across only seems to list the S197 Mustang or "2005+" when I select the model from a drop-down.

Are those wheels suitable for our S550s? If so then I know what I'm buying next pay day.

8.5" is too narrow on the front.

On the front you need 9-10" wide wheel.
Rear should be 9.5-11" in width.

Also S550 is 14mm wider lugs, could cause an issue.

Those are nice wheels though! :)

Are you sure on the widths? American Muscle lists several staggered wheel and tyre packages at 8.5 front and 10 rear for 2015/16 Models, and the official specs show the stock PP wheels at 9 front and 9.5 rear.

So the width shouldn't be/isn't an issue?
This is why I'm so confused. :D

The slightly wider lugs might be an issue though.

You can fit an 8.5" wheel yes but why would you want to fit slimmer wheels as that would ideally mean downsizing the tyre to stay in optimal range to a 245, though a 255 would still fit but might bulge a little.

Ah! At first I thought 255 was the comfortable limit, not 245. I guess that's where I went wrong.

Oh well, looks like I'll be falling back on my previous wheel choice, the RTR Charcoal from American Muscle.
