I used to live near Upland, CA and a couple of friends ran a shop just like this. Looks pretty legit, but check it out and get to know the owners and make sure they have good, reliable lifts and tools.

Other than that the policies are clearly listed (albeit spelling and grammar mistakes) on their site so there really isn't much to it if you're only doing basic work. An exhaust would be fairly simple and a garage like this would be a great place to do it.

Their prices seem very reasonable to me.

Only con is the tools are harbor freight, but other than that the price can't be beat.

Will do, having a place like that will definitely come in handy. Even if it is a bit of a drive to get too.
