Difference between convertible and coupe spoilers?

Does anyone know exactly what the difference is between the convertible and coupe spoilers? I don't have a spoiler and want to add the small ecoboost spoiler. Since my trunk lid doesn't have any holes, will it make a difference which one I get? Thanks in advance.

No expert here but theres the issue of the brake light being in the deck lid for starters

I was at the dealer yesterday and looked at the two different models. The spoilers look exactly the same to me. Maybe just the mounting points are different?
