Just to throw it out there, ive never had to wait more then a few hours to hear back from lund on any revisions as long as it was within buisness hours. I know thats off topic but i felt lund was getting misrepresented there. Good luck with diablo, i wasnt tracking them doing tunes for ford either.
I wasn't trying to misrepresent anyone. I'm just going by what I was told and read on other forums. A good friend of mine told me that if he contacted Lund for a tune revision, then it would take 4 days for him to reply. Another forum a guy with a 13-14 GT500 said it usually takes Lund about 4 days also. Everyone will have different experiences for various reasons. The guy I replied to said DS customer service was horrible yet I have nothing but good experiences with them. The most I ever had to wait was one time when my tuner was on vacation and another time when he was in the hospital. And I have been dealing with him for 4 years now. And even on those occasions I got an instant reply email telling me he was away and would contact me on a specific date. Both time he contacted me within a couple days which was earlier than the reply email stated. So everyone will always have different experiences. One guy on a page I frequent said that he wished Lund wouldn't take a week to get back to him. But you gotta expect these wait times when dealing with custom tunes. First they gotta get to your email then write the tune then get it to you. 4 days seems to me to be reasonable.

I've heard nothing but great things about Lund tuning...and others. Like I said, I think it takes a few days between getting an email, replying to it, and writing/fine tuning the tune. I think most people want instant results with their cars tho...so a few days can seem like an eternity. Writing tunes is not easy nor simple. Especially when you have different customers with different cars and engines with different combinations in different climates all over the country at different times of the year. With all that, 4 days is a pretty darn good response time!
