Anyone have a recommendation for service department in the Westchester NY area?
The ones in the area have horrible attitude when I call them (they first ask if I purchased the car from them, and when I tell them no, I am told that the first possible service is more than 3 weeks out). They don't even want to do FSB's as they tell me that parts are probably going to be backordered nationally and the originating dealer will probably have better time getting the parts...
Anyway, I had a horrible experience at my own purchasing dealer. They basically ruined the car (after door lock FSB, both doors rattle, the driver's glass is screwed up, doesn't go all the way up on back, while fronts do, when you close the door, and they used metal to pry the window switch panel from the door panels, chewing them up) and I need to find a decent dealership service that I can take my car to to get the problems fixed properly...
