Dash cam parking mode / battery drainage questions

Awesome thank you - appreciate all the info.

Did some searching and found that size 47 doesn’t allow the battery cover to close and thus contacts the hood when closed. Do you have that issue?

I have the Champion H5 size 48 like I posted above in my 2019. Fits nice and snug in there and gives me a ton of power for running the cameras.
