Stubby paddle extenders

Having just fitted a new steering wheel, I’m after a pair of aluminum paddle extenders. The ones I want are much shorter than the ‘pointed’ ones on the market. They are basically the same shape as stock but extend the paddles an inch or so top and bottom.

The thing is, I can’t remember where I saw them advertised and can’t find them anywhere on the web. Any suggestions!
