COTUS still down for 2016 orders?

Anyone know if COTUS is back up for orders placed in 2016? I don't know if it's just not working, or if I'm inputting my information incorrectly.

COTUS is a tracking site that is still in a pilot phase and has not been rolled out for all regions or vehicle nameplates. It won’t work for any 2016MY. I received your PM and will get back to you as soon as possible.
