For the ducts, you have to cut the bumper? Any pics to show yours.

Yes, you have to cut a hole in the lower fascia, black plastic portion of the front, under the honeycomb grill. It's a separate part, so you can take it out to cut the holes, and then replace it when you sell the car. I can't find a picture of it, but I think there's one on the Vorshlag web site that I can probably find.
