For the AP3 You have to consider that to get custom tunes for it cost 150 so it wouldnt make sense for me to buy it for 425 and have to spend an additional 150 to put tunes on it when i could get a brand new one for 500 with custom tunes

It comes with the MAP custom tune, If you'd like an e-tune I'm sure all you'd have to do Is message adam with the product code of the accessport etc, but I'm not entirely sure how transferring from person to person goes.
