Ceramic pads on PP rotors

Buyer beware carbotech pads, I ordered the 1521 pad set from them for 227.00. They don't tell you it's for the front pads only. I called when they arrived and they said if you read the small print you would have known that. How deceptive is that. 227.00 for street pads for one axle is ridiculous.

I have never bought brakes pads as a set of front and rear. You have big brakes up front, 6 pistons. These aren't going to be $100 brake pads. Sounds like you should do your own due diligence before buying things. No offense.

Brake pads are always sold as a single axle.

A little high, but not unreasonable for what you are getting. I paid $197 for my last set of 1521 pads for the front of my S4.
