Noticed a check engine light yesterday code came up P2005. I cleared it for now, and if it comes back up ill take it to a dealer, but wanted to know if anyone else has gotten something similar?

Car is stock other than H pipe, some BMR suspension mods, and a catch can. No Tune.

Just wanted to give an update. Its been a week and 200 miles and CEL never came back. Guess I'm all in the clear.

So this CEL comes and goes and usually stays on for a day or 2 before clearing itself out. After getting it 4 or 5 times I was finally able to take it to the dealer with the CEL showing. They are going to replace the intake manifold for me they are just waiting on the part.

Good to hear. But I'm curious what that solenoid does. As far as I know, our intake manifold is not the variable length type, so what exactly is the solenoid actuating??? The bad news is a lot of crap has to come out in order to change the intake manifold, but hopefully it'll get done without any damage to the car (scratches, chips, etc). First time I hear of this issue, so probably a fluke. How many miles when it happened? Good luck.
