Carroll Shelby Cruise-In @ Petersen Automotive Museum 1/10/16

Come see some of the fastest, rarest and most beloved Shelby cars of all time. The Petersen Automotive Museum is celebrating the birthday of Carroll Shelby, by hosting a cruise-in on the Promenade level of their parking structure.

All car enthusiasts are invited to participate in the car show and contest. Awards will be given for Best In Show, People’s Choice and the most historically authentic car will receive the Petersen Perfection award.

All cars, trucks and motorcycles are welcome to attend (preferred parking to Shelby vehicles). Coffee and snacks will be free to all attendees. There will be a 50/50 raffle to support the Petersen Museum.

For those of you that want to drive up as a group. We will meet at Superformance/Hillbank in Irvine at 7am (6 Autry, Irvine 92618), leave by 7:30am, and arrive at Petersen by 8:30am

Anyone heading up to the Peterson Museum tomorrow might want to do this... Their website has a RSVP box to check. Reserves a space for you on the 4th floor. probably don't need it but it doesn't hurt. I live up here so everybody coming up together, have a great drive.

Wanted to send out a special Thank You to the Hillbank Motorsports crew for hosting an awesome event. It was a great cruise out to the museum and I've never seen that many Cobras, Shelbys and S550 strangs cruising down the freeway together :cheers:
