CARiD Sucks

I ordered 4 Asanti wheels, tires, tpms, lug nuts and center caps (with logo). What I received is 4 correct wheels, 4 correct tires, 20 correct lug nuts BUT only 2 correct center caps with logos. The center cap logos need to be orientated correctly. 2 I received were correct, the 3rd was attached upside down and could not be removed to recenter it. It needed to be replaced. The 4th center cap w/logo was missing and never received.

What a fiasco...end of story after holding for 52 minutes was that a new cap and a new logo will be sent to me. Phew....Never again will I buy from CARiD....never.

Nope...after 4 phone calls to 3 different "customer service" dudes, I finally got agreement on what was due to me. If I spoke spanish it would have been understood in 1 phone call. I still am waiting on the 4th center cap to arrive.

I've ordered many things from them for my Vette. Not only did I get a generous military discount but they were always very nice. They all had a NJ accent. Sorry you had a problem.

To be honest, it takes a couple of calls to many businesses these days to get an acceptable answer. I'm hoping you didn't have a 7 hour wait, like American Airlines had me on...lol they gave me the option to have them call me back. They called back exactly 15 hours later.
