Car wobbles after rotating tires

If they are directional then they have a set way of rotating

Left and right you cant put a left direction tire on the right without switching the tire over to move in the proper direction.

But in this case hubrings and lug nuts check those.

Just checked and the tires are spinning in the correct direction as indicated on the tire

I had those EVO2's before on my RX-8. They flat spot so easily after just one day sitting in the garage the first mile or so the whole car would shake.

Is there a way to test for flat spots? I would imagine that would show up when they balance the tires. The car sat for a week in a non-heated garage. Temps were low 60 and high 80

Sitting for a week is a nonissue for causing flat spots. I’d pull the wheels and check for hub centric rings
