So after the oil pump gear install headache, i finally got the car back together and running again. It was running great, pulling as hard as ever, then, today after about 100 miles of freeway driving, it died. Cruising in 6th gear on the highway and it just shut off. It wouldn't start after that so I got a tow to the nearest autozone since insurance wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to get it 100 miles to my house.

Sitting here in the autozone parking lot, I've been able to get it to fire on 2 occasions, after which it idles for about a minute or 2 then stumbles and dies again. The last time it fired I made sure to datalog to see if it would give me any clues as to what the hell might be happening. I have attached it here. Let me know if you see anything strange. It's not a lot of parameter, I know. No CEL and no codes when I scan it with my X4. I am running NGK 6510 spark plugs that I just put in 2 days ago. Fuel pumps seem to be fine as I can hear the relays pick up and the fuel flowing. I will check for spark when I get home, but unfortunately I'm still stranded at an autozone 100 miles from home waiting for the tow truck.

seems a coincidence where you just swapped the plugs. Why did you change the plugs? Can you check for spark while at Autozone?

Agreed. Unfortunately, I just had the whole front of the motor off too so I'm praying it's the plugs and not something I did in there. I swapped the plugs because I had them out anyway and I was within 5,000 miles of replacing them anyway. Figured why not. My tow truck is just arriving, so I will check when I'm home.

Double check your maf sensor and pipe connections close to it. Your maf counts are almost 50% higher than mine at the rpms you logged.

Don't you have a Paxton? If so, disregard this lol!

Actually your fuel pump percentage goes wonky (column H) about 86 seconds into the log. Looks like it drops and spikes back up really hard and fast causing your car to stall.

You're right I do see that too. I'm thinking it might be fueling related. I snapped the positive stud on the relay box for my fuel system and drilled it out with a just long enough self tapper that seemed to work. Maybe the connection is intermittent. Perhaps I should stop ghetto engineering things and replace the box. Thanks for having a look!
