Calling myself

I have had an intermittant problem with my Sync2 in which my phone without warning and not related to me trying to use it will call myself. I notice that it says that I am in a call to me on the upper left part of the Sync screen where the phone info lives. I can push hang up on the dash or on the steering wheel control to no effect. I have found a workaround, I use the voice command "privacy mode" and it will hang up. Nothing else works. It had done this about a dozen times over the past 6 months, but it is highly intermittent and unpredictable, so I have not taken it in to the dealer yet. Anyone else with this?
I have a iphone 6s, sync2 with nav.

Same issue happened to me and I assumed it was my phone. I reset it back to factory and the issue stopped.
