2016 eco with PP.......installed an Airaid CAI today and see that my AIT's are about 10-25 degrees above outside/ambient temperatures. Does anyone have an opinion on what normal Air inlet temperatures should be compared to outside/ambient temperatures? For example, at idle in my garage with ambient temp at about 85 my AIT showed 115......is that okay? Under normal driving I ranged from 92 to 107 with 85 ambient.

IAT's will always climb at idle.. there is literally no air flow, once you're moving though IAT's should be in the 10-20 above ambient range, depends on how hard you drive, how fast you're moving (how much air flow) and how hot it is.

When I had the MMR CAI installed I saw IAT's as high as 160 in traffic on 92 degree days. With the GT (drilled out) Grille + stock box + green filter my IAT's hover around 10-15 and immediately fall upon throttle application even in traffic.

Highway speeds: ambient
Low speeds: 5°-10° above ambient
Stopped: 15°+ above ambient

That's a general estimate of what I've seen over the last two years.
