CAI air filter is crushed?

My car was rear ended a month ago. Just got it back and noticed the air filter on my JLT is crushed. Almost looks like there was a restriction somewhere. Not sure if being rear ended could of done it or what. Might be in my head but I feel like it's limiting the cars performance. Anyone have this happen? Where can I get a new air filter. I only see full cai's on JLT site.
