I really not sure what has happened with this dealer. They used to be the
best around. In the last year they have lost 90% of their service techs,
100% of their service writers, the service manager and no longer deliver
stellar customer service. In fact it has gotten so bad that our local Mustang
Club has decided to move our twice a year show to another location. It is
like they just don't care anymore because they are the largest dealer around.
Too bad really as I had been a 20+ year customer until now.
