I have tuned with the following, and have never had an issue.
Injector Dynamics
Deatchwerks
Fuel Injector Connection
Fuel Injector Development
Bosch units (directly from them)
But it really comes down to who is tuning it and what they want to use. Some tuners REFUSE to tune with other brand injectors. As long as the correct data is used, I have not personally seen an issue with any of the above listed brands. (throwing other brands data onto other injectors, well that = a mess)
