Yeah, he also bought an MBRP from CJ. Thread said he ordered it.

I think he's buying a bunch of them to make a test, then toss out the rest.
I'm might give the mbrp to my cousin he ordered a Ruby red gt his delivery is in September

I went with the Borla S Type with Black Tips, should look good with the red, black tips look awesome, at the moment its just sitting in my lounge room waiting for the car:shrug:

What is your estimated date when you'll be getting the car?

I'm leaning towards the s-type as well, but I'd love to hear it first in person! Still got a bit of a wait for the car though (mine's late march ETA).

Also, how does the situation with new car warranty look like when we change exhausts? I know catbacks are pretty much bolt on/bolt off, but wondered what were your experiences with dealerships on that...?

Dealers really don't care about catback exhausts. It only voids the warranty of that part i.e. the stock exhaust you'll probably just throw out

I bought the borla atak cat-back with black tips, it should go very nicely on my race red gt fastback.

I really like borla exhaust system but heard it's too loud to be road legal, maybe just buy cheap JBA exhaust from mustangmotosport

Hi Knaps
My delivery isn't until June, so looks like you'll have your car first. I spent days listening to exhaust sound clips, really kept going back to the S type, so to keep me from changing my mind I just bought one:shrug:
Looks like your other question re warranty has been answered:cheers:

I wouldn't trust any aftermarket system to be "road legal"

don't worry so much about being just over the limit, the point of buying an exhaust is so you can hear it!

And if you end up with too many exhausts, you could always explore your artistic side and have a go at making sculptures .

If you cant sell that, you still have an exhaust shrine in your backyard. :hail:
