Big single setup.
I have a GFB controller and my wg springs are 4lbs I can only get 10lbs out of the controller. Someone suggested a manual controller like a hallman. I bought one and set it up it spikes to 13psi but falls back to 10psi is it a spring issue or something else?

If you have a 3 port solenoid for the gfb, you should try purchasing a 4 port and replumbing. You'll be able to make more boost on less duty cycle. I'd guess you could make maybe 16 psi at 100% duty cycle with 4 lb springs. On board air or co2 are other solutions

Is the manual controller have a limit also? I didn’t think they did?

I thought about 2.5 times the spring weight was about the limit for electronic boost controllers? (Not counting C02)
So a 4 lbs spring would get a maximum of about 10 lbs.
May just have to bump up to a 6 lbs spring to get a max of around 15 lbs, or an 8 lbs to max around 20 lbs.
Maybe things have changed, but that was the rule of thumb for electronic boost controllers as I always understood it.

I've never dealt with or looked into manual controllers since they were never an option I wanted to pursue.
I think your easiest fix would be to swap in a set of 6 lbs springs, or bigger depending on your plans.
