For sale is a used Boomba Short throw shifter, they use the same part number for GT or ecoboost so it'll work with either

I did use a heat gun to loosen the blue loc-tite, and it melted the edge a little, but still functions perfectly as I used it for several months after. If you were so inclined, i'm sure that with a little heat you could bend it back into shape. But, its not very noticeable when installed
