Fuses don't blow for no reason; the root cause will be a short to ground in a circuit or a high amperage draw from a faulty lamp.

Have you modified anything? If not, your best bet is to just take it to the dealer so they can diagnose the issue for you.

I was trying to switch my switchbacks and believe I blew a fuse. My running tail lights and turn signal don't come on. Signal works find and brake lights works fine also

The lighting is controlled by a Field Effect Transistor (FET), meaning that a fault won't typically cause a fuse to blow. Instead, the module will disable the output to the lamp and set a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC). The DTC needs to be cleared with a scan tool in order to allow the lights to operate again.
