Blower Fan Clicking/Tapping when Steering Right

Another noise I've picked up on since since its starting to get cold, is the blower clicking/tapping as the fan spins, but only when my steering wheel is turned to the right and the car is moving. I thought maybe it was the electric assist motor at first, but It only happens when the heat is on (not sure about A/C). Anyone else notice this one?

I'm not concerned over the matter, its just odd that for whatever reason Its only heard when the steering wheel is moved to the right. I'd think that should have no bearing on the blower whatsoever.
