blend date 9/28

I ordered my car 1 week ago today, and I found out today it is scheduled to go into production next week. I am a priority "9" if that matters. My blend date is 9/28 so I'm hoping I can take delivery sometime during the week of 10/12. Is that overly optimistic? If the car really does get built next week, I can't imagine it would take more than 2 more weeks to arrive?

I want to be at the dealer the instant the car arrives. I had planned to be out of town for a week starting 10/21 and I can cancel my plans if I need to....just trying to get an idea as to whether I'll need to or not. What is the average ETA after a cars blend date?

That's a pretty quick turn around time. 2-3 weeks after being built seems accurate but there I have noticed some people receive theirs the following week. My blend was 9/15 and I have an ETA of 10/11, and I actually am located about 1 hour north if nashville. I'm about 30 min north of nashville, close to Clarksville. I can't get COTUS to work, so I'm just trying to figure out what the norm is. Looks like my car got assigned a VIN and blend date several weeks faster than a lot of guys see. Not sure if that is a good sign or a bad sign. I'm eager to see the car but don't want it to get rushed through production.

You got an very quick blend date, one of the quickest I've seen. Cotus doesn't work for 2016 from what I've read. According to Deysha (FordService) mine was release from the plant on Saturday. I recommend to send her a message a few days after your blend date and she can provide an ETA.

Well, I guess that's good. I'm anxious to see the car but with all the QC issues I've seen, I'm nervous, too. Especially if it seems like it's being rushed.

Welcome and congrats on your order, ManBearPig! COTUS is still in a pilot phase and has not been rolled out for all regions or vehicle nameplates. It’s been down for sometime now. You’re welcomed to PM me for udpates.
