I love some induction sound. From those who have tried/heard them, which one offers the best sound? Obviously open box will have more volume, and metal tube will have a different resonance.

I went with AEM. The reason I chose it was it deletes the sound tube, has a non oiled filter and when I purchased it I got $55 worth of rebate and Summit Bucks. I know its not the most attractive, or makes the most HP but I wanted good sound and no need for a tune. I constantly kept an eye on IAT before and after the install. With the A/C off I see temps of 3-5 degrees above ambient with the A/C on its usually 4-8 degrees above ambient. After stop and go city driving, the IAT's are back to this level usually within 3 miles of being on the highway. It has lower IAT's than my factory intake did, it does get hotter while sitting still, but cools off quicker than the OEM one did.

Thanks! How does the hood insulator seal on that one?

Also, I'd say the Roush is pretty quiet. IMHO
