So I got in my car yesterday and noticed a creaking sound when turning the steering wheel to the left. It will do it when sitting still or moving at a slow speed. I inspected the control arm while the wheels were being turned and it looks like the issue is with the drivers side front rearward control arm ball joint. I have an appointment for the car but its not until mid June. Is this a common issue on these cars so far or am I the only one so far? The car is a 2016 Mustang GT w/PP. Thank you!

Are you lowered? Do you track the car?

Are you sure you mean ball joint and not control arm bushing?

The noise is coming from the ball joint on the wheel end of the rearward control arm, not the bushing.
