Automatic short shifting problem

Does anyone else (automatic) have a hard time getting the car to not short shift from 1st to 2nd if the car spins? Only way I can stop it is by using sport mode and using the paddles, but then I don't get the extra shift pressure from my tune.

Does your tuner customize shift points? That would be the only way to change it. Just don't mess around and pop another one lol

Tuner says he hasn't changed the shift tables except for WOT shift which is set to 6100 rpm for 1st to 2nd. If I spin at all the car will short shift to 2nd gear.

I haven't experienced this.. maybe it's TC kicking in?

Interesting. I'll ask him. I've brought it up before but he didn't act like he could do anything about it.
