Thanks Dell and Greg, just the input i needed. I will leave them alone as these welsh roads can be a bit of a handful this time of year. If i ever track it i would prob go for it.

I had one of the FK2 Type Rs which was an amazing handling car and then got a Mustang because always wanted one. I live in the lake District full of fast B roads and i was a bit gutted to loose the handling and fun i had of the Type R.
I set out to see if i could restore some of that fun B road Blasting and i did in the end manage it but it does come at a cost of stiffer suspension. I have to say tho once you dial these cars in, for a big car they can handle. to get the best you out of everything you need adjustment and to know what you are looking for out of the car. Everything works best when mated to other upgrades. Fulyl adjutable coil overs and fully adjustable Anti-Roll Bars for instance. Better tyres but in a different size. Its all about how far your willing to go to.
