Anyone experience this? Please Halp.

Whenever I turn my steering wheel all the way right or left, as soon as it hits the max rotation on the steering wheel I hear a "clunk" coming from the front of the car. I know it's most likely coming from somewhere near the wheels, but is this sound normal? It hasn't done this before as far as I can remember.. I wanted to know if any of you guys have experienced this before I take it to the dealer.
