Anyone do vinyl printing or decals?

Looking for someone who does vinyl printing or even someone who can cut vinyl decals. Specifically I'm looking to get a sheet of black vinyl and print some words on it in green. Or even someone who can make a bunch of green decals that I can stick onto a wrapped part on my GT.
