Aftermarket Headers: Catted/ Catless

Does any one plan on doing headers, catted or catless?

Also, does anyone have any past experience with a loud exhaust setup?

I'm contemplating doing headers because I imagine they'd be super loud combined with my Gibson catback. I would hate to get pulled over and get a ticket written and have to change everything back to stock.

Long tubes w/ cats is next on my list. I live in the back country here in San Diego. I've always owned loud vehicles, My Bronco has headers/exhaust, My 7.3 is Straight 4".. So I don't anticipate any issues.
