Has anyone with a non-tune intake tried one of these? I see them selling in the high $200 range and they claim like 10-18 HP by adjusting for the new air flow volume. I've been considering getting one for my Steeda CAI so I can take the no-tune restrictor plate out but the price seems high.

That is what PMAS do, it does work, typical worth 10HP max though.

I'd summarise:
Tune: 30HP
CAI with restrictor: 5-10HP
CAI without restrictor and calibrated maf sensor: 15-20HP

I did Lund + PMAS Tune Required and gained 55HP at crank. :)

Is there a way that one can get a calibrated MAF for other diameters?

For instance, let's say that I wanted to no-tune a JLT or GT350, without making a venturi...

You would have to adjust the transfer function for that tube diameter, which, in essence, would require tuning.

American Muscle sells aftermarket MAF's that appear to adjust for various diameter intakes. They're not cheap though, about $290 each.

Yes, I know...but PMAS gets around this issue by having the transfer function built into the MAF sensor (by scaling to the proper diameter).

Of course, this could also be achieved on the other side by tuning, but that's something I'd rather not mess with.
