7 years, 100k miles powertrain is the standard Ford Certified Pre-owned warranty. It starts from the car's original date of sale, so the second owner gets whatever would be left of that with the first year and 12k miles bumper-to-bumper. I got my 15 that way in 2018 with 36k miles at the time. The original owner bought it in April of 15, so it's still good for me thru this upcoming April. Sounds like that's what you got to me.
