50th Anniversary Car

Drove past Southwest Ford in Weatherford today and saw they had a 50th Anniversary car in Wimbledon White in their showroom.

I don't like white cars in general, but that is a sharp car! It was just like the one from the meet up earlier this month, I think it was Mike's.

That was the first LE I saw in the flesh, back when I was still making up my mind on what to buy. I've heard Charlie Gilchrist owns it and keeps it there on display.

The one at Southwest Ford was the first I had seen. It is also where we bought the wife's EB.

They told me Charlie did own that one and kept it there Robbie. They also have two 08 King of the Road Cobras that he owns. His son drives one of them sometimes.
