I understand that you can order both packages together.
PP is $2495
50th is $1595

If ordered separately both come with a different set of rims.

How come we do not get a price discount on the 50th package when ordered with the PP since we get the PP rims?

Just curious.

This has been talked about over and over, each separate package provides a wheel upgrade over the stock ones included with the car. When both are selected you only get one like you've noticed.

This^

And it looks like the PP's wheels override the AP's. You don't get any kind of discount by selecting both packages. You're essentially paying for a set of optional wheels that you will not receive by selecting both.

I get that. I was asking how come we have to still pay full price on the 50th even though you only get one set of wheels and tires.

Got me.

I have the 50th package, which I bought mainly for the rims. I think the 50th AP is a fair deal for a non-PP car, but when ordered with the PP, you really only get the front grille surround ( which, if you have a GT, it deletes the cool grille fangs ), the 50th gas cap, chrome accents on the taillights, upgraded interior, 50th badge on the dash, and the "50 Years" embossed on the seat. And if you like lighted sill plates, it deletes those.

Yeah I just can't see that all of this adds up to $1595 if you get the PP.
