50 YEARS APP

I have the 50yrs App on my iPhone 6+.

When I try to download the ringtones, I get--> "ERROR This phone is not linked to an email account"

How do I link it, so I can download the tones-->:shrug:

This app is only available for the U.S.

Tried to pull this down on my Canadian iPhone, and couldn't find it by searching etc. Finally went into a link that shows the app and tried to download it to my iTunes and got the error that the app is only available to US iTunes acct holders
