On Ebay I just saw a "winning bid" for a base 2016 GT350 of $41,100 OVER MSRP ($57,345). Surely this is not for real? Or am I reading it wrong?

I would be willing to bet that the winner is unaware that $41K is the amount OVER MSRP and thinks that the winning bid if for total sell price.

The dealer I normally do business with just sold their GT350 Track pack for $15k over to a real person not another dealer or wholesaler.

I don't know. The description states pretty clearly that the bidding was for above MSRP.
Another one sold on EBay Dec 5th for $35,300 over.

some people actually do have more money than they need. $120k for a GT350 is not that un reasonable considering what it costs you to buy the same car from germany or italy.

Seems like a sketchy way to list it to me. Ive seen a couple of them this way but why wouldn't they just list it as MSRP and let the bids go from there? Even though they have it listed in the description its still not the honest way to list the car.

I stopped selling my cars on ebay because people bid them up really high, and then they don't pay. I Use to have to list my cars two, or three times, every time due to bogus bids.
True. Even though they bid that high it's really no way to know if they will actually pay for it!

Kendall Ford emailed me today to let me know I could have their track pack car for the low, low price of only $102,544.
