Does anyone have any experience with this product: http://multimedia.3m.com/mws/media/662303O/3mtm-crystalline-automotive-window-films-brochure.pdf

Due to night vision issues we cannot do traditional tint - even very light.

This film is supposed to deal with, to varying degrees, IR and UV penetration.

It is not cheap. I have been quoted $590.00 on all windows of our 2016 GT vert, but that includes the front windshield and I do not think I would do that even if this film danced and sang for me.

But the sides and rear with the front using the usual Stang sun shield.

Would probably opt for CR90, but even that seems to have some tinting so I dunno and therefore ask the experts. :help:

It is a quality product & does filter out the IR & UV as stated. LLumar & Solargard make similar "clear" films. Unless you have hyper sensitive vision, CR90 does not appreciably make it harder to see out. All cost about the same, the install labor is more costly than the product. Personally, I would not do the windshield.
