Is it normal to get a misfire code using a 2step.I would think so since your effecting crankshaft speed

Absolutely if your on the 2 step for extended time. I mean you are literally causing a misfire when you take away the spark. New cars are so sensitive to it. My 2003 could be on the 2 step for a very long 4-5 second heads up tree no probs.

Next to the rev limiter a 2 step is the next worse thing on opg's too.

Yea i know lol,im already on egg shells lol,i was just setting mine up for the track tomorrow.I only go on the 2step when the lights start falling!!!!.Probably set that misfire getting it setup and testing it.Yea these cam and crank sensors are very sensitive.

For sure if on a full tree put the hammer down when the top bulb comes on. Less than 2 seconds might not trigger misfire since the msd randomizes the cylinders it cuts.

Gotcha,hey u know if the crankbolt that comes with pc stage 2 kit is reusable.I checked it today and had to retorque it down.Also is the arp bolt the same torque 35ft/lbs and 90 degree turn.Dont want no balancer rollin down the track lol.

Lol,yea i just torqued it back to what procharger install said.I will order the arp this weekend,from my experience when they give u a torque spec and then say add a specific amount of turn,usually that is a torque to yield bolt.

I only got the code when I did 6k limit. Never got one @ 3k, 4k or 4.5k.

Gotcha i was not holding the pedal to the floor when it was on the 2step,because my car is so freakin loud and backfires and pops lol.Didnt want to piss off my neighbors so me not putting it to the floor could have caused it too.My magnaflow x pipe split at the seems and its stupid loud!!!.Have a new xpipe just have not got around to putting it on.
