Can anybody help me with my 24 hour clock, when I set it to 24 hours it stays in till I turn the car off then it goes back to 12 hours. It won't lock on 24 hours.

Did you try resetting sync?
If you haven't already, see if you have any updates for sync. I was having issues with sync and when I updated to 5.9 it fixed everything.

You can go to owner.ford.com
You can register your vehicle there and if updates are available you can see it in the sync tab.

I just updated to Sync 5.9 today, and I have the same problem, the 24hr clock will revert back to 12hr after turning the car off.

Maybe disconnecting the battery will properly reset things. Though really aside from resetting/updating I can't think of anything else aside from something is faulty. I think bring it to the dealer and have them run diagnostics would be final option.

Hey USMC V6 and CaptFlan,

I suggest performing a master reset and then set your clocks again. You can find the reset steps here: https://owner.ford.com/how-tos/sync.../how-to-perform-a-master-reset.html?sync=sync
