Hey everyone,

I have a 2019 Convertible Ecoboost Premium, with around 96k miles. For the last month, each time I take a sharp turn at slow speeds (ex. during parking) I get a dragging sound in the rear, and sometimes there's a little vibration in the steering. I have no issues or sounds when driving straight or taking a slight turn, even at high speeds.

A had this issue around 7 months ago, but at the time got my diff fluid changed at an OilStop and the issue went away. It returned again about a month ago. Took it to the dealer and they said they needed a few days to diagnose the issue, but that it may be the differential fluid as the OilStop change only cost $100, and just the cost of parts for the differential fluid should cost around $150.

I'm not sure if I should just get another diff fluid changed or potentially the entire differential. I have an extended warranty on the car, but that only covers mechanical failures. Since this is not a mechanical failure, I doubt this will be covered.

Thanks for any tips!
