When the order is placed has absolutely NOTHING to do with when the car the car is produced. The big factor is when the Ford Rep for the dealer releases the order for production. It appears that getting released for production is somewhat based on the "status" of the dealer. A December delivery for an order placed now is a realistic expectation. If it arrives earlier then count your blessings. Congrats on your order.
