Interesting development. My last VIN check, it had moved to 11/30.
I did not go in last week, but had a few minutes this morning so hey lets check.
I drop in to see the sales manager and on his desk is the order update sheet.
So I am looking and it shows new build date 12/07 :(
With deliver date of 12/22 ( not realistic where I am)
He says hold on, goes in to his computer and checks system
( he tells me this updates hourly)
New built date is 11/27
So its moved up closer instead of pushed further out.
I hope this is a good sign.

Trevor, good to hear about your car assembly being moved up.

I recently got word that my R model was moved up from the week of December 7th to week of November 23rd.

You and I have to keep in mind that based on memory each year the Flat Rock factory shuts down for 5 days during Thanksgiving.

That being said that would make the Thanksgiving shut down this year from November 25th to November 30th so who knows if our cars will be assembled prior to the 5 day shut down?

Good luck to you and I hope at least one of our cars gets assembled prior to Thanksgiving?

I hear what are saying but having said that can you imagine what type of quality control that the Big 3 had back in 1969 or 1970 during Thanksgiving week?

Having grown up in that era there certainly was some interesting lunches and coffee breaks within the automotive sector let alone other branches of other industry.

Yes, a new GT350R being built a day or two before a Thanksgiving Day break in 2015 might not be the best timing for any of us but after all this waiting I am willing to take my chances!

Hopefully they remember to put the correct rear spoiler on the car?

Well hopefully all of us have good news coming.
I am guessing of course, but I am thinking what ever the delay was has been
solved. Now it is a matter of them not only catching up, but getting them shipped out.

What's crazy is my dealer said it's being built today vin#976. I have no window sticker and can't get one. I hope he knows what's going on. Just kind of crazy the whole vin / build system.

Somethings not right there Mike, Did you ask dealer for sticker? They can download them right there.

I texted him for the sticker and he said it's @ the plant being built. Does that sound right ? I know FP says they get up dates once a week on Fridays. So I was going to wait till Friday to see what's up.

Nope, if it's being built(Now), sticker is/has been available for a week or so.
