I would like to know if Ford has released the production figures for the 2015 model year and if they have broken down the figures for the different Mustang models

That would be interesting on a global level as well.

According to this, the Mustang was the #1 selling sports car of 2015:

BEST-SELLING SPORTS CAR
“Sports car” is and always will be defined differently by different individuals. But of this there can be no doubt: the Ford Mustang is now more of a sports car than it’s ever been. Besides, we’re adopting loose borders for the definition for the sake of this section.

The Mustang was outsold by the Chevrolet Camaro in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014. But the Mustang was all-new for the 2015 model year. The new sixth-gen Camaro is only reaching customers now and sits 39,488 sales back of the Mustang’s 106,321-unit year-to-date tally.
It is unclear though if these are calendar or model year sales.

Back for the 2011 & 2012 model years, "Take Rate Reports" were released by Ford for the Mustang. The 2011 one was 9 pages long and broke down take rates for every option for each model ... information overload !!

I've not seen these posted ANYWHERE for any model year since. It is possible I missed versions for 2013 & 14, but I'm thinking maybe Ford is no longer sharing this detailed info with the general public.

Possibly. But it would be nice to know how many coupes/manuals etc. were made for 2015, as I believe some 2015 combinations may be rare e.g. Ecoboost Manual with PP, GT with PP and no other options.
