Every time the passenger door is closed, the window makes a rattling noise. It feels like if the glass is not held properly. I have a link to a video. Is this normal among all models? Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks for the help

Not normal. Take it to the dealer for service.

Hey castle207,

I recommend visiting the dealer to have it checked out. PM me when you plan on taking it in; I'll see how I can further assist on my end.

Hey 5ohslow,

I know you have a few things you need to have addressed. Send me a PM if you're ready to make that appointment with your dealer. I'll reconnect you with the CSM.

How did they fix it?
Are you experiencing this issue also, MrPotato? Send me a PM if so.

They said it had a loose nut from the window regulator.

You'd have to be a loose nut on the passenger side if you're going to be riding with me behind the wheel!
