If Ford does go ahead with a very limited run of 2015 50th Anniversary GT350s (550 or less-numbers pure guess based upon 1965 build numbers, but as Donson has noted a run of 350 350s also makes advertising sense) with some UNIQUE one time only items (may be as simple as blue badges, blue calipers, whatever...)

Are you gonna seriously chase one and what is your ADM limit?

Again-not discussing ADMs on 2016, 2017 etc GT350s and GT350Rs but if Ford does a very small early run of 2015 50th GT350s...are you willing to chase ADM to get it? Note that if they do a small LE run it will sell out quickly and ADMs will be standard outside of a few rare dealers and very few dealers will even get one.

I'll start the flame war:

If built in several stock colors with just some unique badging...probably won't chase. Not worth it to me beyond say $2500 over and with a small run that ADM level is too small for the crazy Ca dealers getting them.

If built in Wimbledon White (1 time use only stated) with Guardsman Blue stripes, unique badging etc to really tie into the 1965 then I am at........? (depending upon MSRP but if in Wimbledon for one run only.....maybe 20k over but scoring in doubt
My local big dealers who are big enough to get 1 or 2 in allocation would be charging double MSRP based upon their prior actions (actually Future Ford in Nor Cal will probably go MSRP plus $100k) and I won't go that far. Not sure what Galpin in LA will do but I assume it won't be pretty and too much Hollywood/LA money willing to pick up something that rare as a toy that makes that purchase avenue rather limited if not outright impossible.

What if done in a one time 2015 only Liquid Blue??? Gonna chase and put up the money?

If Ford offers the GT350 in Wimbledon White with Guardmans Blue stripes that would be my order. I can not believe that Ford has not already offered these colors in tribute to the first GT350. All the excitement about Liquid Blue would not be happening if people knew how close Guardsman Blue really was. Guardsmans Blue first offered in 1964.

I will likely happily stand aside and let you and the others the ADM battle. Then I can come in for my 2016 at MSRP or less.

To each his own, if you get one, hats off to you. Mine will be a DD either way so I would probably feel bad doing that to such a limited car.

I already have an MSRP deal agreed upon with a deposit. No way to tell if I can get an possible LE GT350 with it. If I could get an LE in Wimbledon White I would go for it. If it is just a differnet color badges and caliper colors I could care less. A regular GT350 Magnetic, Tech Pack, Black Roof and Black Stripes please.

I found a dealer willing to go MSRP on GT350 and GT350R, putting the deposit down today. Just to figure out which one now lol.

For everyone putting deposits, as a dealer getting one, I can promise you it's fruitless to put a deposit right now. As far as I go personally, if, if I am getting exactly what I want I personally would probably hit 7k over sticker for my own car, if it's what I wanted to a T.

Again- not speculating on "normal" GT350s as we all anticipate the 2016s to be...but if the rumor does come true and Ford does build a very limited run of 2015s AND if it is "special" with some level of uniqueness (beyond a blue badge) over the standard 16s....

I expect a land rush for the 16s here in Cali and I'll sit out a year instead of throwing money away on initial high ADMs (CA will still have ADMs on 17s but ones closer to earth)...BUT if they build a very limited 50th edition as a 15- that is truly unique I am so screwed as I know I will chase it...

As far as deposits and lists...never say never but most dealers I think are gonna say that list/deposit is for their 2016....if a limited 15 run is made it will be very very small and very few dealers will get one. 300-500 cars among 3000 dealers (and the big dealers always get multiples) so your looking at 1 dealer out of 10-12 gets 1 LE (IF it is made).

I can see Ford building a Limited Edition 50th Anniveresary 2015 GT350 in a small run say: Wimbledon White and Liquid Blue (huge surcharge for that color), a split of GT350 and GT350R features--Recaro Seats (cloth) with rear seat delete like in 65 but cabin comfort such as AC, stereo etc, normal non-R spoiler, maybe blue badges and blue calipers etc.... a one shot deal.

I so want them to do it but at the same time, don't, as it is gonna cost. hahaha. The make or break for me will be color. I can wait a year for Race Red or Oxford White. But if they pull Wimbledon White out for a limited 15 only run--my LE is gonna have a paternal twin.
