If Ford does go ahead with a very limited run of 2015 50th Anniversary GT350s (550 or less-numbers pure guess based upon 1965 build numbers, but as Donson has noted a run of 350 350s also makes advertising sense) with some UNIQUE one time only items (may be as simple as blue badges, blue calipers, whatever...)
Are you gonna seriously chase one and what is your ADM limit?
Again-not discussing ADMs on 2016, 2017 etc GT350s and GT350Rs but if Ford does a very small early run of 2015 50th GT350s...are you willing to chase ADM to get it? Note that if they do a small LE run it will sell out quickly and ADMs will be standard outside of a few rare dealers and very few dealers will even get one.
I'll start the flame war:
If built in several stock colors with just some unique badging...probably won't chase. Not worth it to me beyond say $2500 over and with a small run that ADM level is too small for the crazy Ca dealers getting them.
If built in Wimbledon White (1 time use only stated) with Guardsman Blue stripes, unique badging etc to really tie into the 1965 then I am at........? (depending upon MSRP but if in Wimbledon for one run only.....maybe 20k over but scoring in doubt
My local big dealers who are big enough to get 1 or 2 in allocation would be charging double MSRP based upon their prior actions (actually Future Ford in Nor Cal will probably go MSRP plus $100k) and I won't go that far. Not sure what Galpin in LA will do but I assume it won't be pretty and too much Hollywood/LA money willing to pick up something that rare as a toy that makes that purchase avenue rather limited if not outright impossible.
What if done in a one time 2015 only Liquid Blue??? Gonna chase and put up the money?
